The propietary culture on Microsoft can&amp;#39;t be changed by a marketing guy, whose job is make MS look good, but only to sell MS is somewhat more open. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What MS needs is a deep cultural change. Hope you guys promoting open source in MS can help with this, but as far as I can see, you are doomed. You are trying to fix your problems with the wrong tools.&lt;/p&gt;
