Sorry, but what you need is not a Open Source Marketing Specialist. The propietary culture on Microsoft can't be changed by a marketing guy, whose job is make MS look good, but only to sell MS is somewhat more open.

What MS needs is a deep cultural change. Hope you guys promoting open source in MS can help with this, but as far as I can see, you are doomed. You are trying to fix your problems with the wrong tools.

If I hear this BS of "growing together" one more time I'm gonna puke.

Yet you are clearly looking for a marketing specialist. Please don't let things run by the marketing monkeys but engineers.
