OSCON 2007 Trip Report

My overall impression was that OSCON was lower key than last year. There seemed to be fewer booths in the Exhibition floor and less palpable excitement in the venue. Conversations are what it's all about...LinuxWorld OpenSolutions Summit

I am writing this from the Big Apple. The Linuxworld Open Solutions Summit is in New York and running from February 13th through February 15th. LinuxWorld Impressions

My first impression about LinuxWorld 2006 was – This is BIIIIG! As I walked down the escalator in the Moscone Center in San Francisco I could see the big flashy banners, the props and the mascots from the vendors. It seemed like just another tradeshow. Learning from OSCON 2006

Hank Jenssen and myself attended the OSCON on the 27th and 28th of July. We did not attend the tutorials or the Executive briefing but were there two days of the two and a half days the sessions were in progress.
